This contemporary model home built by Tundra Homes was inspired with clean line architecture, the clean contemporary look was carried thought the house with the finishes selected; We chose to have a simple pallet of gray and white with black as our accent color. The large coffee table is the center of the open concept for the great room, because this is a model home I looked for unusual furniture pieces for impact. The beams were faux finished with a black base and silver metallic wood grain to tie it in with the coffee table. The accessories were kept light because of the contemporary look of the home with most of them being large in scale. The contemporary coastal feel was accomplished by making the accessories earthy and beachy. The faux finish shell mural was painted in the front niche with the same black and silver metallic with a unique raised design. This home lives large with soaring ceilings and an open floor plan. This is Florida living at its finest; the gulf access waterfront lot is the backdrop to the expansive lanai complete with pool, summer kitchen, outdoor fire place, and even a TV area.
