I was involved with this job from the color selection process with the builder to the finished decorated home. A unique black wood floor with white antiquing and special upgraded tile details in all baths helped make this home have standout design elements. Gray was our neutral so we chose gray and white furnishings with a contemporary flair, with orange being the clients favorite color along with lime green became our accent colors. The clients were very active in the design process with many of the selections and shopping being done as a team effort. Sheer window shading was used thought the house for light control and privacy for this beautiful gulf access home. The electric fireplace was added to the living room for a focal point. This spacious home was designed and built for entertaining in beautiful Southwest Florida.
