Beautiful Florida Retreat (Caloosahatchee River)

The Caloosahatchee River is the backdrop for this beautiful Florida retreat; a quite neutral color pallet blends itself for this relaxing lifestyle. With keeping the elements neutral it let us select some outstanding and unique art sculptures. We need to keep this large and active family in mind so we selected porcelain wood look tile floors, and leather furnishings for durability. We chose unique wall paper from Vahallan and used it in the study, powder bath, and pool bath for textural drama. Contemporary crystal and led lighting was used thought out this home. To accommodate this family we needed custom bunk beds; they were built and used in the bunk room, with faux to give them a one of a kind look. Next were two queen beds with a custom 20 ft. rug to anchor the guest suite, and the fourth bedroom got dual use for a Tv room and a guest suite with a king size leather sleeper. A combo of plantation shutters, motorized shades, and custom drapery cover all the windows and the covered lanai is a great place to hang out and relax with a view of the river and bridge. Giving this home complete functionality while be unique and stylish with an even more breathtaking view.
